Assisted Sandra Brewster with the creation and installation of her artwork FISH, presented at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in partnership with the CONTACT Photography Festival. Supported the use of drawing and photo-based gel transfer techniques to depict the Essequibo River in Guyana and its distinctive fish species. Contributed to the production of textured, layered surfaces exploring themes of migration, transformation, and diasporic identity. Developing workshops to gather input from local residents. Assisting in photo-based gel transfer production on walls. Collaborating with mentor artist Sandra Brewster to create visual content, including collages, 2D/3D mockups, and maquettes. Researching and developing material and printing budgets for the project, with installation scheduled for 2029. Participating in community consultations to ensure artwork reflects the needs, cultural identities and values of local residents. Preparing PDF files of final artwork designs, segmented into grids and panels for wall installations. Creating public art that fosters anti-racist, anti-oppression objectives, community engagement, public health, and social cohesion in downtown Toronto.
